Offset printing: Offset printing means indirect printing. The document or picture which needs to be printed is put on an aluminium sheet. Printing does not happen directly from the presser cylinder. Print get to a rubber sheet first, then to a sheet of paper and finally to the envelope. This process is based on the repulsive effect of the water and the fat. The image area does not stand out from the plain of the aluminium stencil-plate; neither bulge not dent can be seen. During the process of developing fat drawing and fat repulsing surface evolve. The process of printing is realised this way.

Flex- printing is a direct printing. In this process printing is made from a flexible, bent form (rubber, plastic and photopolymer). It is based on a principle of letter-press printing which happens from cylinder to cylinder.
